Post » Tue Sep 14, 2010 9:03 pm

I just read a recent article on F:NV and in the article it states that in place of collectible bobblheads there will b snowglobes.
I cant provide a link ( stupid itouch browser ) but if u search "cbs news fallout" on google its the first link. What you guys think about collectible snowglobes?

Yes, but what if each snow globe has a different bobble head inside it, or different scenery or characters? That's worth collecting. And I hope something like the Garden Gnomes return. I had about 30 of them stacked up in my Fallout 3 home.

Well...Bobbleheads and Snowglobes are popular collector trash. It's...not that big a thing. They're the games hidden packages. It doesn't matter what form they take.

At least they're not magic snowglobes boosting stats and skills.

That's all well and good, but they have to offer us some kind of incentive for finding them, or what's the point?

Yeah, you had to collect all 10(?), then hand them into Miss Kitty at the cats paw brothel for the last one that has an article on energy weapons.

And they will. It's been stated. What it is, is a mystery, but it'll not be stat/skillboost (which is good).

Some folks consider it fun to collect things? If you don't, perhaps you won't want to collect them.

I hope we get a cool new display stand for them. An interactive stand would be nice too.... I always wanted to bop my displayed bobbleheads to make them bounce, but it seemed like my megaton house was sitting on a fault line, cause they did it themselves. It'd be nice to shake up the snow globes and watch the snow fall.... Which I guess means some of the people that wanted weather in fallout are finally getting their wish. SNOW

Rosebud....

Snowglobes fit I would think, how many little old ladies in Nevada would have had these momentos from old times scattered across the Mojave wastes in old beaten up trailers. I like that image add in some skeletons in rocking chairs and wearing wigs and you have sold me.
