MGE SVN builds dont work on my intergrated intel gma 950 gfx card/accelerator (3.8.0b and lower works) I need a reason and hopefully a fix
and while i'm writing this i guess ill ask if someone could make a fix for the shader editor (it comes up with an error for practicly everything to do with adding and running shaders ... including ps 1 shaders) i can't view or add any.
one of the (REAL) blooms (laggy) and ps1.1 bloom works perfectly in ingame shader chain as well as quite a few other shaders......
Two possibilities are that you have not updated your DX9 to the june 2010 redist, or you are having issues due to the intel card, and not the mge builds, the svn builds incorporate ps 3.0 water among other graphical improvements not in any of the official releases, unfortunately, that means there is not an issue to be fixed(unless its on your end and you still need to update your dx9), especially since MGE was never really meant for "light" systems not capable of running current generation games, but rather as a graphical boost for those that have the hardware designed to handle the extra rendering. That being said, I would say to stick with the official release, or possibly try Hrnchamd's MGE with shadows under the thread "Shelter from the magus blaze" or w/e its called.
