You'll need a spear, an eight legged horse, and an eye you're willin' to lose for that.

My character will be a Bosmer and wil duel wield short swords and dagger and shortsword. And finally bow.

1st playthrough using bow
2nd a spear and shield I'm going to go Spartan style
3rd sword and staff I think it's possible as in one of the concept arts there is a guy holding a sword and a staff

For a first character, probably axe and shield, shouldering the shield to cast healing magic between battles. And maybe swapping the shield for an offhand shortblade or hatchet (whatever's light and available) against lesser foes.

1st playthrough will be a classic sword/shield tank. 2nd playthrough will be a mage. 3rd playthrough will be a sneaky sneaky archer.
