i cant open some doors in the game, when i click on them it just says, 'the lock has nothing to fear from you' and also how do i get it so that if i like go by an inn or something in a city, how do i make it so it pops up on my map? i thought you just right clicked or something on its sign and it worked but nope not for me!!


And also, how do i join a guild in this game? Or were you not able to join guilds until Daggerfall?

I wish i had that game so much... :'(

"This lock has nothing to fear from you" means the door is locked and you don't have the lock picking skills to be able open it.

To put the name of the tavern on your map, open your city map and 'right click' on the Tavern, then you can type its name on.

Yup you can only join guilds in TES2 Daggerfall.

True...

Not true. You can always try, and even that message is not cause to abandon all hope. You still have a realistic chance to open the door if you have a good enough agility and/or are of a thiefly class.

(It doesn't do any good to try a door more than twice, in my experience.)
