Man : So I'm sitting there, minding my own business, when I pick up a spoon to get a better look at it. Maybe I wanted to by the set, you know? All of a sudden, this imperial in a set of plate mail comes bursting in, screaming 'STOP RIGHT THERE, YOU CRIMINAL SCUM!!!' The bastard then drew his sword on me. It took three guards to wrestle him to the ground. it was bizzare.

Man 2: Hey man, I thought you knew. I mean, c'mon, everyone knows not to pick up spoons around Imperials, they have some weird reaction to it. I hear it's some sort of cultural thing from the old empire in Cyrodill.

Too late for the mudcrab jokes, but after 200 years of political turmoil with flucuating border changes and the cruelty against said creature in Cyrodil (since apparently everyone has fought a mudcrab fiercer than his neighbor), it should cause a massive, species-wide interest in finding new lands, where the mudcrabs could eventually breach the borders of our Nord friends by accident.

i would actually play a female character if they had all the nords drunk and bawdy and saying totally inappropriate things to female PCs.

if i go to a tavern they HAVE to have a "huggy drunk" some big nord that goes up to strangers and hugs them and tells them some random incoherent story and laughs or cries depending on the story and says your his best friend ever.
