i just started with the geck, and i was following the guide to getting used to it, and whenever i save, it tells me to save as vault 74, and when i do, it doesnt add it into my data folder, but when i reopen the geck, it reads it as still being there. also, when i do a search for vault 74.esp on my computer, it finds one instance, being a shortcut to the file in my appdataa folder, and doesnt work because it cant find the file the shortcut goes to. 0o someone please help.

You need to run the GECK as Administrator.

oh wow, i cant believe i didnt think of that >.> that's ridiculous that that was what was wrong ><
