Can't find Star Paladin Cross

Post » Sun Sep 26, 2010 8:57 am

Left her at the entrance point to Adams Airforce Base because she kept getting killed, thinking I could just go back to her when I'd finished the quest, not realising I was going to be whisked of in the Vertibird.

Now she's disappeared from the entrance and isn't back at the Citadel as far as I can see.

What happened - is out there wandering back to the Citadel and just taking a long time about it?

If you have other addons instaled like the Pitt i would try too travel too the Pitt and if you recieve a message that your follower has returned too the citadel than you would know that she,s still alive nad than go contineu your search

Thanks for the suggestion, I've got all the DLC installed so there's plenty to do.

And it worked sort of, I started The Pit and when we were about to travel there Werner or whatever his name is, told me my companion couldn't come and when I agreed to go I got a message saying she'd returned to the Citadel. So apparently she'd been following me around all the time, just silent and invisible, which would have been handy if she'd joined in any of the fights.

Yeah i thought that would be a reasonable solution i did the pit a few days ago so it was all a fresh reminder for me , anyway good luck with Cross you will need it

Just let her go, like with Dogmeat, I got fed up spending most of my time trying to save her and "wait" glitch was really annoying.

Followers do all right, if they're the right follower, and if you equip them properly.
Fawkes: Pretty much indestructible
Dogmeat and RL-3: Level them up enough, and they're also pretty much indestructible. But they're vulnerable early on. Decide if it's worth it.
Cross: Needs a good weapon. I've had good results with giving her a plasma rifle. She might also do well with the Metal Blaster.
Jericho: His default weapon is OK early on, but he needs good armor. And if you outfit him with a Flamer or Minigun, he can handle himself pretty well.
Charon: Needs good armor, but his shotgun does a lot of damage.
Butch and Clover: Don't bother.

Lol star paladin cross was horrible when I had her, she couldn't handle 3 raiders by herself, but then again they had 2 combat shotguns and a rocket launcher if I recall, and it was on very hard :whistling:

Gotta give cross a strong energy weapon. Her EW skill is like 90 or 100.

I always thought that Star Paladin was a Melee NPC. She's really affectionate of hammers. The annoying thing is that she won't let you switch her armor...

Well she has 50 Energy Weapons at level 5, and 100 by level 20, whereas she has 48 big and small guns at 5, 100 at 20... I just find giving her a spare Plasma gun works best.
