All of those quests are activated by just playing the game and talking to a character or discovering something. I'll help you on your way by telling you to go to Craterside Supply in Megaton and talk to the shopkeeper. That will get you started on Wasteland Survival Guide.

the superhuman gambit - Talk to a caravan owner to get the map marker for canterbury commons. Go there and it will pretty much throw itself at you.
the wasteland survival guide - Talk to Moira Brown, the owner of Craterside Supply in Megaton (She'll be at the ruins of Museum of History if you blew it up)
those! - Go South of Super Duper Mart to a town called Grayditch, It will be infested with Fire Ants. Find a Recently Built Shack (Or Brian Wilks), and get into the terminal there to find info about said ants.
the replicated man - Find various holotapes around Rivet City to get briefed on this quest
blood ties - Talk to Lucy West in Megaton (if you blew it up, find the settlement of Arefu).
you gotta shoot em in the head - Talk to a ghoul at Carol's place in the Underworld
stealing independence - Talk to Abraham Washington in the Capital Preservationist Society in Rivet City
agatha's song - Go due east of Scrapyard to a location called Agatha's house. it's distinctive because it has a wooden bridge leading to it.
reilly's rangers - Talk to Reilly in the Chop Shop of the Underworld, OR listen to the rangers emergency broadcast signal in the ruins of downtown D.C.

Those are all I've completed.

Keep in mind all the locations I've mentioned are visited in Wasteland Survival Guide (except Scrapyard, but it's just south of minefield).

I'm not 100% sure but I think Head of State is started by going to the Temple of the Union. I got a map marker there but I forgot how... It's south of Republic of Dave, which is reached via Shoot em in the head.

You encountered a couple of escaped slaves, or a dead slave, somewhere in the Wasteland to get the Temple of the Union map marker. The closest location to it is the Grisly Diner.

Mei Wong in Rivet City can give you the map marker of the Temple of the Union, too. So can, I think, Victoria Watts.

The Nuka-Cola Challenge: You need to find Girdershade. There's a random encounter with a scavenger who'll sell you a Nuka Quantum and give you the map marker; or you need to find it by exploring the southwestern quadrant. It's along of one of these collapsed highways.

Mei Wong is definitely where I got it then. Reply to this topic if you're stuck on any parts of these quests! By the way, you're missing one sidequest - Oasis. It's incredibly hard to find the start point without an image telling you where to place you marker, so I recommend looking on the Fallout Wiki.

Even with the map marker, it's tough to find the entrance to Oasis. You need to approach it from the west, and look for a wooden bridge. Cross that bridge and it will take you to a crease in the rocks that will lead you inside Oasis.
