I've been looking for this forever. I remember seeing one at EB games about 5 years ago and regret not buying it ever since. If you do find one new it's not going to be cheap.

they were probaly limited edition and don't do them anymore although it's funny cos i only just heard about the morrowind collector's edition 5 mins ago then i see this

I cant find it anywhere, amazon has it advertised yet they say they dont know when they will get a restock IF they ever get one. which tells me they wont. how are they gonna get a restock when its not produced anymore? Sigh...

Find some store which sells old games. Stores like GameStop don't sell them mostly.

With a lot of searching you may be able to find an unopened copy, but it would be really pricey. Even an opened copy with all the parts can probably be sold for a fair bit over the original price.

Ebay doesn't have a copy of the CE at the moment, but it does have the ordinator figurine alone for thirty dollars.

Just about the only place I could find one when I bought mine was on eBay. I think I got really lucky too; I got a unopened CE with everything still inside for under forty USD. That was about a year ago.
