Can you help me Bethesda?

This is my first post. I joined this forum to get across this problem to Bethesda and i believe it can be easily fixed. Well during the knights of the nine quest, I assume while you progress throughout the main quest people go to the priory of the nine (knights stronghold) and ask you to be in the knights. I probably only visited that area when I had to. So I beat the quest without recruiting everyone and all of these people were asking me to be in the knights of the nine at the priory. So I told all of them yes and the last person that i told to be apart of the knights, Carodus Oholin, i asked him to follow me before he went into the priory of the nine and changed into his knight gear. There is no text option for him to stop following me. I've tried teleporting to the other side of the map, but he still ends up catching up to me. I also tried to make him disappear with mehrunes razor but it does absolutely nothing. I understand this could probably be fixed if i had a pc by simply putting in some type of code into the console, but i have it for 360 so there is nothing i could do. So Bethesda, i ask you if you are able to fix this problem. The game is still being updated and i want to play this to to get ready for skyrim. If you are willing to attempt to fix this problem, i believe you guys can make an update so that if anyone's character is being followed by someone, it is dismissed. Or you could create a text for Carodus that will make him stop following me. I've played on this file for over 100 hours and it will be really depressing if I'm hindered to enjoy to what i believe is the best game ever made. Thank you Bethesda for making such a great game, and i would really appreciate if you can fix this problem. Also thank you to anyone who gives me any type of advice.

You're preaching to the choir here. Bethesda is done with Oblivion, period.

As for your problem, it is in fact a very well known bug. Here's the description on UESP:

It is possible for one of the Knights of the Nine to be stuck permanently following your character if you ask them to follow you at the wrong point in time. Since the knights subject to this bug will also be essential when the bug is triggered, it is impossible to ever get rid of them. The bug occurs if you do the following:

1. Complete the entire quest line (up to the point where Umaril is killed) without recruiting all nine knights.

2. During Sir Thedret's speech at the end of the Umaril the Unfeathered quest, you approach an unrecruited knight, and at that time simultaneously recruit the knight and ask him to follow you.

To avoid this problem, be sure to recruit the knights either before or after Thedret's speech, and do not ask a knight to follow you immediately after recruiting them.
Once the bug has been triggered, it is not normally possible (other than using the Console) to make the NPC stop following you.

On Xbox 360, one option is to disable the entire Knights of the Nine plug-in, load your saved game and resave it, then re-enable the plug-in. Before doing this, make sure to remove any items stored in the Priory or other locations added by KotN. You will lose all items added by KotN, and you will need to redo the KotN questline from the start.

If you have not done the Daedra Quest Molag Bal then you can simply complete that quest while he is following you and he will disappear.

Just because you've been prompted to update over LIVE does not mean that Bethesda updated the game. The last official patch was released back in '07 once they finished Shivering Isles.
