The patch.

Im not an expert on this stuff, but since its not made from scratch, doesnt that technically mean it should have minimum bugs(learning from F3)

i'm not an expert either, but i would think it "would" have less bugs. i always assumed that obsidian just wasn't used to bethesda's development-tools, that were used for FO3.

Wow, really glad I haven't downloaded that patch yet, I'm not even gonna touch it

Same. As far as I see other than the DLC message every load the game is as is.

Which can be mixed but other than crashes I haven't run into file corruptions since launch.

Hope the patch kinks are worked out fast.

Bring on Honest Hearts!

Yeah but it was Obsidians project, they're mainly responsible for it. Did anything like this Happen with Fallout 3?

Well there was that patch they did that broke mods, 1.5 I think it was. It had to do with things needing to be a persistent reference otherwise you get a crash on save among other things.

Making a new save file doesn't bring up the error, so at least we have that.

Testing of PC on windowed mode now, gotta find issues, if exist, nothing bad at the moment.

EDIT: Saved games works fine, (auto saved games, continue mode, quick save games, manual saved games)
