Hey every one, so I'm really tired of staring at the generic and rather boring character face models. No matter what I seem to do, they end up looking like mannequins... holy uncanny valley batman!

I've seen posts on here showing beautiful characters, but never quite figured out how people were accomplishing that. Could some one please fill me in, and flip me some links to character saves or face/hair mods?

First off, you can try this site

(you will need to register up for an account) There are tons of face,hair and Skin modifiers here as well as just about anything else you can find to mod New Vegas.



You can also try out http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/categories.php (again you will need to register for a free account, but if you already registered at newvegasnexus, then your account name and password will work for Fallout nexus) Again, there are lots of mods here, but they need to be ported over using G.E.C.K before they will work with New Vegas.


That should at least get you started on fixing your mannequin problems

A lot of the better ones are made in the GECK, there are far more options in there. The in game creator really just lets you make small tweaks to ugly templates. If you don't fancy using the GECK then just follow the links Stickfaz provided.
