Like the title says, once ina while im wandering in the wasteland, open my pipboy to notice that the factions im hated or vilified are not there anymore. Once I commit a crime or a good action for these faction that just dissapeared, they reappear but with the neutral standing.
Is this supposed to be a bug or be normal? Its not nescessarly game braking since it kinds of help me in a way, but im still wondering if this is a bug or sometime factions just reset because of things you have done to other factions and such.

Also, the achivement bug is still there, having to reload the whole game each time to get the achivement(im saving before each quest) is kinda annoying.

Were you by chance wearing a different faction armor? That can have an effect on your reputation with certain factions, making them appear to have switched from vilified to neutral. As long as you don't get too close to the wrong person.
