I have yet you go to New Vegas. I have been taking my time exploring and generally enjoying what the game has to offer. In my travels I have found Vault 11 and explored it to it's end. At the end in the "secret room" (I don't want to spoil anything for anyone not there yet), after I defeat the enemies it says I fail the quest "The houlse Always Wins 1". I find this funny because I did not even have that quest. Apparently, this is a main questline quest when you reach NV and I fear that this may stop me from progressing in the game.

I searched the forums and found someone else had this issue on the Xbox 360 version of the game and it had a response from the devs that this had been patched on that platform (though it did state that even with the patch you would have to load a save from before the bug). But as this JUST happened to me I assume this has not been patched on the PC. Any word on this and has anyone else experienced this. Also....when it is patched, what about those that do not have a save before this issue? Are they to just start over or lose hours (or possibly days" of progress?
