Well basically the patch has eliminated FPS problems but literally 10 min , I travelled from westside to novac , bought a gun , then it was running smooth and boom, it froze it was like a freeze I haven't experienced before there were no signs of it freezing like a drop in FPS just all of a sudden the game and audio just stopped,pre patch the game would lose FPS before it froze. Im hoping this doesn't occur more frequently in the new dlc, because fallout games seem to be worse with dlc. My save game is 8mb btw.

Haven't had an actual freeze yet. Twice I've had never ending loading screens though, during which I restarted the console.
