All the NPC's in the game have jet black eyes. They don't have eyeballs they are all just BLACK. It is extremely creepy aswell as annoying.

There is obviously a conflict between some of your mods. May I suggest you post this in the Mods Forum? There are very experienced modders and mod users there who might be able to help you.

I had this issue, it's Beautiful People and Robert's Male. Be sure to use the Robert's Male Beautiful People ESP.

I agree that Roberts is the trouble mod, I had the same issue plus I had patchwork skins on the Khajiit's skins. Also do you use Wre bash for the mods.

I'd recommend switching from Beautiful People to either Cobl Races or Race Balancing Project.

I dare to say, NEVER ever use BP2.2-RM compatibility plugin. That plugin was for older version of Beautiful People, and due to the change of eye mesh paths, it can cause 'black eyes' problem(missing eye meshes) easily, it activated along with Beautiful People.
