Backstory: Tattooed on the inside of Takeo’s eyelids is the Japanese proverb “Life is light when compared to honor”. For Takeo, life has no meaning if not to perfect one’s discipline and to reveal a warrior’s true character and honor. He ponders this and other philosophical questions as his Katana slices through the flesh and sinew of his enemy. Takeo was born into wealth. His family dynasty dates back several centuries, and throughout that time they have been highly decorated Samurai and Bushi. Takeo is no exception to this celebrated bloodline. When the family first saw the young, life-filled 5 year old Takeo playing in the street with his Katana and slicing the tails off terrified kittens, they knew he was destined to bring honor to the Masaki name.
The war was a perfect opportunity for Takeo to explore his blood-lust and study the nature of those less honorable than himself. If you fall victim to his swift action and might, know that you have helped a man better than you reach enlightenment.

Backstory: "Beware The Doc". This message was scrawled across walls of every town under Axis control. Starvation may cripple you, dysentery may wreck you, and gunfire may rip the flesh from your bones, but "Beware The Doc".

Meet Dr. Richtofen, known affectionately as The Butcher to his victims as they scream in agony moments before he snuffs out their light. Throughout his career, Richtofen has always been at the forefront of torture and information extraction research. Before the war he was a back alley plastic surgeon, who created an army of monstrous affluent Weimar socialites that would follow him around and laugh at every joke the genius doctor made. This all fell apart when the republic fell and the Nazi party took control. To Richtofen, their values were too moral, too liberal for his liking. He joined the army so he could satisfy his need to watch people die, slowly.

An incurable sociopath, he sees no moral distinction between natural death and murder. The victim is the victim, regardless of how their demise manifests itself.

He has a collection of stuffed animals, most of them posed in positions of terror at the instant of their death.

Backstory: "Tank Dempsey: American hero. Give him a loaded weapon, a good woman, and something to shoot at and he’s happy. Cross him and he’ll rip your guts out and use them as a bandolier. Dempsey was selected for this mission after he showed his true grit at the battle for Peleliu. His unit was captured during the early raids before the main invasion, and he spent two weeks in a rat infested bamboo cage submerged in malarial water. Eventually, he gnawed his way through the cage, and then gnawed his way through his captors armed only with a Bobby pin and his Medal of Honor which he keeps secreted in various body cavities. There is no before the war for Dempsey, there is no after. There is only the legend of Tank Dempsey, and how he won the war for the rest of us. Leaving behind a wake of destruction and meat sacks wherever he goes, Dempsey is the man to have on your side when faced with an undead apocalypse".

Traits: Desty is so freakishly huge that she scares almost all enemies off running.

Backstory: Desty's mom was a body builder, and so was her mom, and her mom, and her mom, and her mom actually wasn't, but her mom, oh oh ohhhh, her mom was the biggest... so she is to, desty hasn't worked out a day in her life, you couldn't tell by seeing a picture of her.....

Personality: cowered, dosent like confrontation, and dosent know her own strength..

Base perk: your Strength goes up by 1, and when your health goes under 50% her dam is doubled (her dam is really low already cuz she feels bad about hitting people) and her dam is tripled when your health is under 75%, when your health is under 90% she erupts and her dam goes way higher then any companion in new vegas....

Perk 2a: Her Dam. is doubled, but her base perk only comes in effect when your health is under 75%

Companion quest: "Iron Women" : show desty that the world is a pretty bad place (speech 50) (this quest is only obtainable if your health reaches under 10% in battle, and you don't use anything to gain more health, and you must complete the battle)

I put down GREAT Backstories for my last 4 characters.....probably cuz I didn't write them....Treyarch did. I am not gonna commit plagiarism, I admit that all of the backstories came from Treyarch.

Companion quest: "Who Are You?" : you must have a science of 50 to start this quest, in this robots data, there are mr. house indications, so you must bring him to mr. house to study, and tell you about him (his name is unit 42487B, he was built as a type of securatron) mr. house can upgrade him....

aww you cheated? :( i like my 1st 3-4 backstorys :) the last couple were me just being like "dam, he's ganna put that many companions down? i gatta catch up!" lol

Back Story: The Series 9T robot is a reclaimed robot from the Calculators war. After the Brotherhood of Steel eliminated the Calculator, robotic's expert Albert Himseil Started to reprogram, repair, and retrofit many of the
disabled robots that now littered the wastes. Series 9T was retrofitted with heavy armor plating and a advance storage unit so that it could be used in a caravan hauling supplies to any destination without caravan guards.
The Series 9T was not however designed to sell its items on the spot so talking to it would only put you in its targeting system if you were not programmed in it system as a viable person to drop its supplies to (a merchant
that is currently endorsed by that merchant company). After a while Albert Started making better models for these routes that could trade on the spot now that they were installed with a user interface system. Once
the UIS was developed the Series 9T became obsolete and was pulled from caravan runs and sold to people as personal body guards or sentrys for land claims. Series 9T has been sold and bought more times than it's
memory banks can store.

Personality: Will sound an alarm when a hostile is near and will alert player that its "defense systems are online". Series 9T was not designed to talk to humans so the only interface is has is to allow the player to store
items on it and direct it acordingly with the items in the companion wheel.

Companion Quests: "Who has my calculator?" In this quest the player will have to search for a dead body that has Series 9T's account transfer orders so that he can follow you.
"Broken Keyboard" I'n this quest after visiting 3 trading places Series 9T will print out a paper requesting software upgrades and mechanical improvements. You may do 1 of 3 things, you can take him to the Brotherhood of Steel
and let them enchance his armor and weapon firing speed. Take him to Mr. House for enchanced preception and an ability to detect cloaked enemys, or attempt to do the upgrades on your own and he will get a +2 increase to luck and intelegence and +10 to all his weapon skills
"Calculated Terminator" is a perk that series 9T will get after his upgrades are finished and is awarded for any of the 3 selections. This perk grants +25% critical chance when the series 9T has taken damage. Also give +20 additional damage to all weapon skills permanently.

Traits: Wild Wastland, Hunter, Entomologist

Back Story: Victor grew up at the Hub and tried doing odd jobs before he was 18 but due to his laughable size (to some) he was quickly replaced or not even noted when he was looking for jobs. He normaly did not have the money
to maintain a basic living like most people in the area did and due to his upbringing he was apposed to theft so Victor learned how to live off the land as best as he could. Once 18 he headed west and he found a nice open plot of land near a desert oasis and cultivated a good living there untill the NCR pushed him out of his lands claiming them as goverment property.

Sickened with the NCR Victor pushed farther west untill he reached the mojave and used his skills as a hunter to bring in gecko pelts and various meats that other hunters has issues acquiring and made a great living by also gathering poison glands from various insects. He then found the Thorn and the community had heard much about his abilitys and welcomed him with open arms. For a few years he did his best to maintain the Thorn's needs with his hunting skills but soon the community became to needy and demaned more from him so Victor once again set out to the wasteland to survive off the land. In his travels he stubled upon a old military abandoned bunker far up north that was used for medical research and he used his time there reading about medical diseases and various operations.

As he was leaving the bunker he noticed a beautiful woman walking the hallways so he chased after her but once close enough he relized what she was there for. She was part of a raider group and once Victor had walked into the trap he had no choice but to attempt to fight his way out. The raiders chained him up and threw him into a cage made up of shopping carts welded together. There he spent 3 months being held
captive untill the female raider who had lured him into the trap had been captured by another raider group. As the other raiders left to save their prized trap layer Victor managed to bust out of the cage and craw into a ventalation system inside the bunker. When the raiders returned the search for him but the search was pointless. Waiting for night Victor sneaks out the entrance of the bunker and heads back to mojave and runs back to the Thorn.

Personality: Victor is a gentle man at heart and is proned to automaticly do good things. He is very soft spoken and when does talk always has something of meaning to say. Victor will often sing durring the night because he says it keeps the radroaches away.

Base Perk: Travel Light

Perk2A: Pack Rat

Perk2B: Nerves of Steel

Location: The Thorn

Faction Alignment: None

Enemy Faction: NCR (simply does not like them and will say rude things to soldiers when near them but will not engage in combat).

Companion Quests: "The man with the Golden Plow" Help Victor secure back his land by talking to the NCR and if sucessfull He will get the perk "Nick Nack" Victors damage threshold during battle is raised +10 and all enemys in the area will attack him instead of the player.
If not sucessfull Victor will get the perk "Mini You" Which will increase his effectiveness with guns, energy weapons, and explosives by 20%.
