NPCS with no head and other bugs since new patch.

So I've been looking around and I haven't seen anyone with problems like this and I am curious if anyone else is having similar issues.

Since Fallout New Vegas was updated, several things have begun to happen.

1. No NPC has a head and their helmets or hats are perpendicular to what it should be.
2. When I converse with an NPC, the camera turns to the ground and it turns white/grayish, so I just view this scene while conversing.
3. My character, also, is missing a head, and his skin is a glowing, bright purple. My character's hat is perpendicular to what it should be.
4. And the most annoying... Every now and then all movement, either by me or NPCs, is in slow motion. It ISN'T lag. Frame rate is high and other things such as dust or leaves blowing is at a normal rate. (This only occurs outside)

Wow. You should take a video of it and show us. I'd love to see this.

Are you addicted to chems in any way ?
What the devs said for stuff like that was to re-verify your steam files, as it's part of a screwed up bit map.

Was there not a console command people were running to remove the heads to increase performance.... I do not know if the OP may have run this command... not sure what the command was or how to turn heads back on.

No it was an .ini file modification, which I believe will reset itself anyways if not done correctly.

This is exactly what happens when you change "bUSEFacegenHeads" from 1 to 0. The OP should check all of their .ini files.
