Just because something's different from Call of Duty, Bad Company 2 and Reach doesn't mean it's automatically going to fail.

On a serious note, I think it's safe to assume that what this really translates to is: "It looks so different, and I'm going to feel like a weird noob playing it."

Some people are afraid of that, and that's fine I guess. I embrace that feeling. I love being dropped into the middle of something totally foreign and seeing myself gain my bearings and adapt over time. I love when I go into to something with next to no experience, and really have a chance to explore the fundamentals until I'm competent enough to use them all to my advantage and create my own methods and playstyle.

Borderlands was the first FPS that I had committed myself to since 007 on N64, and I've never played a Splash Damage game. But rather than being overwhelmed by that, I have a great desire to become great at the game and really take full advantage of what looks to be an incredibly awesome new world and experience. I don't care if I svck at first or even if people bust my balls.

WTF you CoD troll, what are you even doing here?

Your probably some forty year old Halo and CoD fan who doesn't leave the house unless it's to buy a Halo or Call of Duty game.

So [censored] you, you noob.

You're only giving him what he wants, duder. Also, be careful. Bypassing the sensors is against forum rules.
