anytime i go in here my hud is gone and im locked in place and have to reload last saved game this svcks b/c i cant complete the game with out this place please help me fix this

This happened to me as well. It's the first problem that I've had thus far. Initially I went in and a guard asked for my weapons so I declined and left.
When I returned the HUD was gone and I was stuck in position like a clipping error.
