I just downloaded morrowind comes alive and..

Ok, I just downloaded MCA and the NPCS that were added have a question mark around them wtf?! There were also some errors about meshes when i started morrowind up. What did I do wrong! :(

You installed incorrectly. The Meshes ended-up in the wrong folders.
Always do a Manual Installation of mods. (don't just un-zip straight to Data Files)

I just realised you needed to download westlys master head pack..I should really read the readme first XD.

Always read that before you do anything.
Many mods have special instructions, alternative files, or compatibility info.
