If someone can tell me a good image hosting place, and a way to host images, I will go play Fallout 3 and take some pictures to show the percentages.
Here's what I mean, in Vanilla, with Fallout 3 and Fook 2, with patch 1.7, I get about 75-95% chances to hit targets usually. From a normal distance with a pistol or a shotgun. By Normal distance, I mean, 20 feet or so.
However, adding MMM into the mix gives me a wider variety of hit% that ranges from 31(!) to mid 80s, unless I'm about 20 inches from their face. Which is unhealthy without 85% DR.
This is even more noticeable with sniper rifles. Even with the Perk that increases accuracy to almost always 95% in vanilla, 100 yard shots are horribly weakened to be about as useful as shotgun blasts at 400 yards.
In Vanilla, I can get off 700 + yard shots with that perk at 95% chance to hit the head. I think my record was something along the lines of 1100 yards. Those SatCom places, with a Talon Merc shooting down at me. His head exploded way far away from me.
These are all targets in clear terrain, and with no obstructions. Can someone tell me if a mod conflict is glitching out the chances?
OR a VATS console command to fix it back to more normal percentages?
Anything in this mod list look Broken?
