[RELz] BetterMusicSystem 2.0

Just checked my console, and sure enough both the Elsweyr\Jungle and Elsweyr\Desert playlists failed to initialize, and now Silence.mp3 plays. I even tried using version 2.1 and the same thing happened. Every other region works, except Elsweyr.

btw, does the load order matter? Right now my BMSElsweyr esp is right under BMS.esm and ElsweyrAnequina.esm. towards the top.

Just run BOSS and it should all be in the right load order.
