What's the best way of doing it?
I'm trying to make a custom face, based off an existing face.
How should I go about doing this?

The eye has different shades. These shades sort of bleed into each other. What do I do?!

Just check out tutorials for drawing and digital painting like this one, there are tons of similar on the net, even videos (tags: digital painting, cg art, drawing, photoshop, deviant art, tutorial, how to...)

PS: Keep in mind, that you can't zoom ingame that close to see all the nice details, so being hyperrealistic isn't necessary at all!!! #
