just a quick question, I'm downloading Arwen's realism tweaks (a big mod), it's compatible with both MMM and EVE, but are those two compatible with each other?

EVE does not edit MMM in any way. Yes.

You know what EVE and MMM do, right? I don't see why there would be any conflict when they both do entirely different things.
