Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but all I could find was forums for games, and this seemed like the least disruptive.

I keep trying to give myself an Avatar. I've been using forums like these since I was a little kid, so yes, I do know how to do it.

What I don't get is what the hell is going on. I'm trying to link to an image like it says, and it's from the Vault. (fallout wiki) It says that it can be a PNG, and it is. It's a tiny bit bigger than the requirements, but it says it will scale it down.

No cigar. Can't use that Type of Picture. Wow, that tells me a lot.

So, I take the pic, size it down to 90x90, and upload it to photobucket.

Can't use that type of picture.

I just want to have an avatar that isn't a smiley face.

Can anybody please help? And please move if this is in the wrong place, which I'm sure it is.

Are you sure you are using a direct link?

Your URL might be too long, try shortening the number of characters or upload it to something like tinypic.
