and if I had a time machine i would use it now.

I'm getting along pretty fine. I just don't think too much about it and I think more about saving money for the new PC I'll build in October (9 months to go!), wisely choosing it's components, and also playing other games like Dark Messiah, Mount & Blade, Dragon Age 2...maybe even a bit of Crysis 2, too (or maybe I'll reserve it to test my new PC before I get my hands on Skyrim).

the worst part will be the drive home, back from the game shop.

I solved this problem already by pre-ordering from Amazon. It'll be at my house by the time I get home from school.

fair enough, so imagine the drive home from school XD Even worse: imagine the last school hour.

The worst part for you will be waiting for school to end.

Good lord! It's going to be awful. The rush to the bus, getting on it first trying to get home early and knowing it won't leave until the last slow person is on, waiting for them, walking up my hill. It'll all be worth it though.
