So i bought the Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition for my PC.It came with two discs,the game + all the DLCS on the second disc.
I installed just the first disc and booted up the game.I get to the menu screen and the mouse hops around all over the place.Serious Juttering/Stuttering however you want to call it.So the menu screen is laggy as hell and after clicking new game a few time the game played perfectly,up until a point.Close to the beginning i entered a new area and the character kept juttering around as badly as my mouse did.Ticking every 1-2seconds it was like graphics lag.The thing is though my pc is well up spec for this game and should easily play it on Ultra.
Yes i have tried the patches...yes i tried the .ini line fix...nothing worked.I spent abit on this game and im pretty sure my Quadcore + my Gtx480
should be more and able to handle this game.I've tried the game on numerous graphics settings...i've googled all over for fixes etc...
So what's the story guys?Why is this happening?Is there a patch coming?Is there a fix?Please reply,thanks.I've heard great things about this game
feeling let down already having only been able to play 20minutes of it and not even getting out into the open before it buggered on me.

Edit : I've also installed the second disc,no cigar.
