every time i look for help to negate the blind effect i keep running into make a spell, or go get this mod(its console version), or go get this item that takes forever to get, i need a way that won't cost any magicka, and won't be really hard to get, any ideas( i'm going for more the enchanted item type thing and don't really care wether the blindness is fully negated i just want to be able to see where i'm going)

Steal the Cuirass of the Saviors' hide from Divayth Fyr, or play an Orc or Breton.

you could also always soul bind some poor helpless creature and create a resist magicka for 50% or 100% for a few seconds on an item, use it and then quickly put on the boots. This will solve your problem until you take off the boots.
