Games for Windows Problem.

Hello everyone. I got a problem ,when i start the game and i click on "Live" wont work ,i got a French copy maybe can change something I dont know and its why im here asking you.So if you can Help me plz help me :( Thx.

I asked because FOSE disables Live access. You dont need to download it, I just wondered if you were using it. Is it GOTY edition?

No i dont have the GOTY and i have re-instal fallout 3 ,patch to 1.7 ,and nothing still not work
