I'm on the last step of Restoring Hope where I need to clear the Legion in Nelson. The problem is, before I ventured to Camp Forlorn Hope, I went to Nelson and killed everyone there thinking it was just a town and not quest-related. Now on the last step, I followed the 5 guys that were suppose to help me attack Nelson but they just run into the middle of Nelson and stand there. I can not interect with them, they just stand there doing nothing and the quest doesn't complete. Its the last step of that quest so i'm probably missing alot of XP if I can't get it done.

Any suggestions?

You have to go into that one longish building and kill the Legion officer guy. The NCR just stand in middle, you can only kill officer with you and your companions.

If you have that quest selected as your active quest, the marker will lead you to a building. You have to go inside and kill a guy called dead sea, and a buddy of his. Once these guys are dead, you can complete the quest.
