This window appears when trying to start morrowind or the morrowind launcher. All I have installed are Morrowind>Tribunal>Tribunal patch>Bloodmoon>bloodmoon patch, non-steam, not the GOTY edition. I also installed the Morrowind Graphics Extender, and can't open that either. Any help?

I'm on Vista 32bit

EDIT: Nevermind, downloaded a directx 9 installer from the microsoft website and all is well, can lock this thread
