I think that's it's a game and it shouldn't matter so long as the game is good.

Nonetheless, the game can still be a great experience with or without females. It would just seem a bit odd if there are supposed to be 50,000 people on The Ark, and yet you never see a glimpse of a female.

I wonder if anyone actually combined the idea of female characters with BRINK's hyperrealistic art style.

Because they cettainly wouldn't look like models with all those exaggerated facial attributes.

Pretty much. I mean people can write-off "immersion" as an excuse to complain, but they did craft a relatively deep back-story for players that enjoy narrative. Having NO women on the Ark would be a pretty big detriment to that.
