I have been having a problem with Cure for Vampirism quest on the PS3. One of the ingredients needed for the antidote is two shoots of bloodgrass; I have more than enough bloodgrass in my inventory, but when I try to give the bloodgrass to the person who makes the antidote, the game acts as if I don't have any bloodgrass.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there someone who has any idea how to fix the problem? I have already tried deleting and re-installing the game data, restoring the file system, and formatting the entire hard drive. Nothing has fixed the problem.

There is a known workaround, I believe it requires a vanilla copy of Oblivion but I don't really know the specifics. There is a run down http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Cure_Vampirism#PS3_GotY_Vampirism_Cure_Notes.
