So I have finally gotten word from CDON and here is what they said:

Vi kan tilbyde et s.k. Psycho Pack og ?benbart er der en fejl i releasedatoen. Vi retter dette med detsamme.

Translation:

Hello,

We have now recieved information. There is a minor error.

We can offer Psycho Pack and apparently there is a mistake in the release date. We will correct it at once

The picture on the site has actually changed from the start of when this thread was started. It was just their concept i guess. It's not exclusive you can get it from direct2drive.com

Yeah, they changed the picture when they got newer information, however the ''machete'' thing is unchanged (probably due to laziness, but whatever ), but whooblahoop, they got the Psycho Pack in EU!

Yeah I got it because Direct2Drive had a sale (Which wasn't supposed to apply to pre-orders) but their web guys must svck and it applied anyways so i got it for $40.
