A new strain of vampires would be interesting. This one could be charisma based, as apposed to their stealth, strength or magic counterparts. This strain would demand less blood or energy from victims/donors. They would have to rely on being more of a boon to a civilization than a problem, making them popular enough to use politics and allies to their advantage.

It was touched on that NPCs never sleep in a different part of the forums, and why not have a mod that puts the NPCs in thier bed and reduce their fatigue to below zero then stop thier animation so they stay there for some "sleep".
