Hi, just wondering, to get for example lockpicking achievement do I need to do it on one char or does it count total all chars?

Also how do I see if karma is good, neutral or bad, the pic in pipboy?

The achievement unlocks after you do 50 lockpicks using the same character, not in total. Same goes for Hacking, Speech, and the others.

You see your karma by opening the Pip-Boy and going to the stats screen. It will be on the right side. Under the picture it will say what karma level you are.
