Skyrim ign pc #1 anticipated game this year

They don't even know that more voice actors are confirmed.

IGN is an extreme bias on most thing. I'm suprised they even acknowledge RPGs to be honest.

I've stopped listening to any new site. If I want info I will check the official forums.

My favorite part about this is it's just another example of where Bethesda was trying to go with Oblivion...just picking the name "Oblivion" attracted massive mainstream attention. And it says a lot that they went with the name Skyrim which is ultimately meaningless to a mainstream audience (see: this IGN article).

I like how Oblivion "defined a generation" as well, nice touch. :rolleyes:

So the fact that skyrim is their most anticipated game is pretty cool then. It doesn't have a name like "oblivion" the article even said the name "skyrim" is weird at the beginning. They still gave major credit to bgs and the elder scrolls series pretty much saying bgs are the masters of open world, single player rpgs. They also pretty much said elder scrolls is the pinnacle of rpgs so kudos ign.
