i will make plasma rifles and sell them
note: it will flash like a muzzle flash, have ambient lighting, fire a green laser(idk how to simulate plasma any other way) and the laser is visible mid air, and its made of good quality.
it will take 12 AA batteries why so many you ask? to add to the weight

Not here, I got a real gun and all it takes is loading the magazine up with some russian green tracer rounds to get that green plasma "line" look.

But now as a prop that worked like the real thing but didnt fire or do anything, sure I would consider if the price was right.

It's fine to make props like that and if you look around there are some really amazing Fallout props that have been made. However selling them would be illegal since you don't have permission from Bethesda.
