[List] Ald-Vendras Compatible Mods

Description: I know I am not the only one to wonder why Bethesda didn't make a Snow Bear shield or why the wolf shield looks like what a Snow Wolf shield would look like if there was one. So I waited to see if anyone was going to make them...I got tired of waiting. I retextured the Wolf Shield and made a Snow Wolf shield out of the original texture. Then I made a Snow bear shield. I tried to make the stats as close as what they would be if Bethesda made them. You can get the shields the same way you get the rest of the armor. For those of you that don't know, this requires Bloodmoon. ....

Anyone used it?

Okida - added Holgarr Village. Thank you for reminding me. I am looking forward to v.1.5. Will it include the additional quests?

ApelCiH4ik - this link - http://www.mwmythicmods.com/fishy.htm - requires a little updating but has links to most of the major mod downlaod sites if you would care to look for any of these mods. Usually, having the correct name and author makes searches pretty easy. If you find a mod no longer in circulation, please let us know, preferably in the current http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=814911&hl=detectives, and we will try to get it re-hosted. Hope that helps. :)

1.5 just fixes things I noticed that were wrong in the first release. I'm working on cepts for V2 after it, that'll have at least four new quests.

Thanks for maintaining this list. I'm starting a new game and found it very helpful.

I didn't notice Morning Star Islands by TheForestIsMyThrone, available at PES - a nice piece of ice out in the middle of nowhere.

Speaking about Ald-Vendras, it might be worth noting that the latest version (v3.1, I haven't checked the others) contain French versions of the endgame script. Unless overridden by other mods affecting the same scripts, they will cause Dagoth Ur to speak French when triggered by scripts. they will also cause Dagoth Ur from not actually appearing in the endgame (he gets transported to a non-existing French-named cell instead of the correct one). It's easy to fix though, just remove the scripts "DagothUrCreature1", "endgame", and "LorkhanHeart" from the mod.
