A Character

Hi, i'll keep this short i'm new to the forums and interested in fallout rping. I have a character and if anyone is interested i'll definitely consider any requests to join rp's, also any advice on rping, character-making etc. is welcome.
Thanks :)

Name: James
Gender: Male
Race: Mixed heritage

Age: appears young, likely around 17

Class: (No obvious title) Knows how to fight well and can handle a gun proficiently, but is careful and often flees or hides from extreme danger.

Skills: Due to time spent with Haley (Haley's Hardware) he can repair weapons well and is best handling small arms. He also quickly learned basic first aid after spending time in Point Lookout, an ability to keep a low profile in battle often helps him flank or avoid his adversaries.

Appearance: Pale skin, Average height, fairly light build but not weak, (not able to carry a mini-gun easily) green eyes, thick brown bedraggled hair, not much in the way of facial hair, (at least not yet) Attractive in a boyish way, however his face is often caked in dust or dripping with swamp water anyway.

Apparel: Light armor when needed, discarded when broken and replaced with a white t-shirt a red scarf and dirty gray cargo pants, favors combat armor when he can find it.

Weapons: Always carries a trusty combat knife he found on a dead Enclave soldier, always carries his double barrel shotgun as well as a 44. Magnum he can never find ammo for.

Personality: Reserved, James speaks when necessary but otherwise usually keeps quiet. James is mildly traumatized by what he went through in Point Lookout, despite this he has a strong sense of honor and cares about his friends and allies.

Bio: Grew up as the son of a prosttute who worked at Moriarty's Saloon in Megaton, he spent most of his youth there as well as playing with his childhood friend Harden Simms, James was named after the father of the legendary "lone wanderer" who his mother had heard so much about on the radio at the saloon. James' mother idolized the lone wanderer and since she didn't know his name, she named her son after the father of her hero, who's name was often mentioned on Galaxy News Radio. As James grew older he wanted a better life than working at a saloon in Megaton, so he saved up his caps and bought a ticket on a ferryboat to Point Lookout. He is somewhat shy and passive, but isn't afraid to uphold justice when the need arises.

I might write a fanfic about this character as i think his past would be interesting to explore, it would involve Point Lookout.
Also, does anyone know if its alright to reference and/or include characters who appear in-game? (fallout 3)

Not bad, you can use that. The only thing though is that usually you will
Make a unique character for each roleplay you join.

Yeah, not bad at all. But like Dan said, we usually configure our CS's (Character Sheets) to how the OP has his/her CS template. It's not bad, and I'm sure if you tweak it around a bit, you might be able to join the Zombie RP that's started up?

The sheet actually is pretty good. But as Dan said, you will create various sheets for other RP's.

Try giving a little more description in you appearance.
