Night-Eye with a gamma issue?

Not sure where to post this so I'll try here. I remember a while ago there was some mention about Night-eye sometimes stacking?
Basically you have Night eye on, then recast it, or toggle it depending if you had a mod or not. Maybe cast a light spell or use a torch with it on, then
toggle it off. I can't seem to find what combo does what, but basically what happens is after night-eye is off, sometimes the gamma just stays brighter than normal. Eventually from some combo above the situation just stacks up and you end up with a really really bright view. Only without having Night-Eye actually on. How does one fix that aside from restarting the game? Re-loading from within the game doesn't help, I tried. Please help.

If this is mod related, you should request this be moved to the mods forum.

I'm no good with load orders, but yours looks okay. The only thing I could think of would be Supreme Magicka, or possibly Midas Magic doing something, but that's incredibly unlikely. Are you sure you have the gamma on your monitor set right?

Consider this a request then to have it moved. It may or may not be mod related.

As far as gamma set up, this has happened on various other rigs I've owned too. I usually set the gamma once, if needed, then leave it as is.
