Graphic Problem (missing textures?) : Fallout 3

both pictures are from Rivet City. I use NMCs texture pack Performance version.

please tell me what's causing this. thanks.

I use NMCs texture pack Performance version.

Then you should be posting in the thread for that mod over in the Mods forum. You're much more likely to get help there than in a forum meant for technical issues with the default game.

ok, I also made a post in Mods section.

but I am wondering if this could be caused by my graphic card settings or modifying the INI.
