My mod makes headware go sideways?

It seems that all in game hats have rotated to a side of the head, it is the same with all npc's and even with the pc. I need to get this fixed

Use FNVEdit to remove the errant overrides to headgear created via Character > Update FaceGen Model Availability.

I cant find any headgear in FNVEdit. I tried searching for conflicting overrides in FNVEdit but I did not find any that directly affect headgear of NPCs

From what I understand, the "update faceGen" issue is as bad as the "roombounds and, portals" bug found in the NV GECK! At least the "faceGen" bug can be fixed with NVedit where the "roombounds and portals" can't! Look for Miax's FO3edit http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8629 or, his upcoming NVedit's tutorials.
