I just wondering how they are gonna make it work. Are Aragonians gonna have different beards if at all to choose from? Or even Khajit and Orcs for that matter. Suggestions anyone?

Orcs have hair so it's a logical step to assume they would have the same beards men and mer have, although with an orcish flair.

Khajiit could have full manes although I think only their king can truly have them otherwise they'd have regularly normal beards, just an extension of their facial fur.

Argonians don't have hair however so if Bethesda was lazy they might just skip them, although maybe they could grow things similar in appearance to catfish spines or something
or maybe even frills or feathers
