I don't know if Bethesda or Interplay owns the publishing rights to the original Fallout games at this point, but which ever company does, they should port the original games over to iPhone and iPod touch. It's are the perfect platform, and it's a good match for either company, Interplay could make some money off it to help for their V13 project(if they get to keep working on it), or if Bethesda owns the rights, well they've already said they want to make a iPhone game, and that VATS is a perfect match for the platform. I think the original gmaes are an even better than any VATS game, I imagine they would just make something similar to Doom RPG, which, while cool, wouldn't be as cool as a simple port.
I would have to respectfully disagree with this one, not alot of people have iPhones capable of playing a video game like that so it would be a tiny target audience, and not a huge % of iPhone users will be Fallout fans, so I can't see it being very profitable for them to do so. Plus the game is so Huge, the content files would never fit within the iPhone's tiny storage capacity.
Its doable, but I would rather see them working on the next game versus porting an old one onto the Apple platforms.
