A ''clean'' gun is probably something we'll see in the later days of BRINK, I'm sure everyone wants to whack and slap and jack their guns into oblivion with different builds before thinking ''what if i don't use anything..?''

I can see Miniguns and Grenade launchers being clean

Light Rifles will probably never be

What do you think? Is there some huge advantage that I seem to be missing, or is there really not much point to a bare bones gun?

Remember, everything in Brink is done in the name of Balance. Every attachment has a down side that you might not want to deal with, and an upside that you might want. It all depends what you want to sacrifice for what ends, so a bear bones gun will be just as effective as a highly mod'd gun.

such a thing falls under the general rule of flamethrower awesomeness. anything can be made better instantly by attaching a flamethrower to it... no exceptions.

putting a flamethrower attachment on your flamethrower? completely awesome. putting a flamethrower attachment on the flamethrower attachment on the flamethrower? of course it is more awesome.

Chainsaw with a flamethrower attachment and acog scope!

At least put an extended mag on it if not another silencer and a scope. Come one, make it look cooler than a Borderlands pistol.......

A USP with 30 or 40 rounds mag. That would be interesting.

You're already holding a minigun with both hands. There's really no way to suppress the recoil on a minigun.

Turret-foot attachment, anyone?

ive always been an iron sights guy, it makes each gun feel more unique and fun to use to me so im sure ill go barebones sometimes. plus, did everyone see that video of the gun with the iron sights that glow blue? idonno if thats on every gun but it would be pretty cool if you could customize the color of the glow

I for one with automatically slap a scope on and the silencer. It depends on how many heavies I see if I add any larger mags, and I will have a grip.......What? It's not like I plan on changing weapons (i'll be a soldier so I can give myself or teamates ammo)
