I am using the Unofficial Oblivion Patch and it is advertised that it fixes the vampire face bug (where a female character's vamp face reverts to a male default after a save). It does not work. I have two saves - auto save and a quick save and both are vampire saves. I have no saves before I became a vampire. How does this fix work? Do I need to enable a console command?

There is no actual fix that I'm aware of. Just save your game with vampire face not showing (after feeding) and then reload the save game f5 and f9 and the face will revert to normal.

Do you have OBSE installed? If yes try this combo:

The result, you should keep your pre-vampire looks and your vampire fangs.

Edit: If your saves already have the bugged default face, these probably won't restore your good looks. :shakehead:
