I placed my house and when I loaded the game it wasn't in the cell I set it in, just a door that didn't open. So I moved it up in my load order to before Hammerfell.esp (I 'm using onra's Tamriel Landscapes mod.) and this time the house and everything I had done to to adding a walkway, tree, etc. were there but the land was torn where the cell should have been.
