So I believe I need three keys to unlock that door in the building with all those nukes in them. Behind the door is some power armor but here's my problem. I let the ghouls into Tenpenny Tower and Mr. Tenpenny is dead.. where the heck do I get his key? Do I need his key? Do I not get my power armor.. -_-

It has been moved. So, Tenpenny does not have a key. Dukov, Dave, and Ted have the keys you need.

This. You also don't need to kill them, if you don't want to. A speech skill of 50 gets me by without killing them. I'm pure evil, but I don't like killing these guys, except Tenpenny of course. :flamethrower:

Also remember this and remember it well my friend. If you have the dlcs and do oa before that quest, and get the oa t51b the guy that gives you the quest will think that is his t51b and call you a thief. If you already gave him some keys then do oa they won t even be in his inventory. Unless they fixed it. Its been a long time since I played 3.
